In looking at a large number of people, the lack of taking pride in their work seems to be so strong. As an example when you go to a place to eat, you can tell immediately if they care about the food being served vs. don’t care if you come or go somewhere else. It is a night and day difference.

I choose to have a sense of pride in my work because I care about the experience now and the lasting experience years from now. I go the extra mile for clients. I can see a clear pathway of helping people where they are. Awesome serve goes so much further then average or medocre. The quality of workmanship is at important as the experience.

We as the older generation need to start inspiring the younger generation to be the best they can. Remember this is our future we create. Bringing a sense of self fulfillment is where this generation and future generations need to see, Show how goal setting with personal benchmarks on themselves comes first before having anyone else do it for them.
