Be careful who you choose to be around. The influences you hear every day matters for your mental health. Some people focus only on the negative and choose to feel stuck. I understand people have bad days like everyone else however we must use to to push forward and chip at the iceberg for the change we are seeking.
I can understand feeling stuck even with little to no support in your corner. Choose to be your own fan of who are and who you are choosing to become. There are many events in life we don’t want to do however it is much needed to complete them now rather then sitting in regret.
Everyone has made mistakes and your mental health matters even when others don’t value it. It is still there even when others can’t see it. Chip away at the goals you have even when challenges and hard times come and go. I have had to get myself back up even in the face of adversity and rejection. Choose to listen to the influences who are rooting for you and your future. Even self talk is your foundation. Be mindful and acknowledge what you say to and about yourself now and in your future.
